Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience in business development, business, account management, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEMs), Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
- Ability to communicate in English and Tagalog fluently to interact in this customer-facing role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience as a content creator, with finding, developing, and managing YouTube creators.
- Experience in managing agreements or partnerships.
- Experience in working with data.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to improve processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation planning, and time management skills.

- Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of content partners, which includes day-to-day partnership activities, performance growth, and advocate internally on behalf of our partners.
- Define, model, execute against and analyze key distribution and product adoption metrics and recommend improvements internally and to partners, as well as develop new opportunities.
- Work with teams, across the YouTube Business Organization and cross-functional teams (e.h., Business, Marketing, Policy, Communication, Legal, etc.) to bring the solutions to partners.
