- Experience in planning and executing high quality brand campaigns, including creative production.
- Experience in planning and executing media strategy including social.

Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
As a member of the Devices business at Google, you're responsible for making Google Pixel one of the most notable premium hardware brands. You will help shape the direction and international growth, and ensure the organization focuses on the most impactful activities in the most efficient way possible.
As a Marketing Manager in our Devices and Service Marketing organization, you are tasked with helping to ensure that the investments we make in our people, our capabilities, and our campaigns are fine tuned to maximize return for our business. You are also part of a cross-functional team of business and marketing problem-solvers, collaborating closely with cross-functional leaders to navigate the discussions with partners, by delivering the marketing insights and strategy.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the Google Pixel ecosystem in Japan. You will take part in a complete marketing experience - analyze user-insights, build the go-to-market strategy, and, plan and execute campaigns. This is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in Japanese with local stakeholders.
The Google Pixel team focuses on designing and delivering the world's most helpful mobile experience. The team works on shaping the future of Pixel devices and services through some of the most advanced designs, techniques, products, and experiences in consumer electronics. This includes bringing together the best of Google’s artificial intelligence, software, and hardware to build global smartphones and create transformative experiences for users across the world.
Responsibilities
- Drive the go-to-market strategy, plan, and execution for Google devices in Japan, using the consumer insights throughout the process.
- Conduct business analytics to support marketing strategy, impact, and measurement.
- Work closely with various teams (cross-functional teams, external agencies, external partners) communicating proactively and solving problems collaboratively.
- Identify and develop key marketing operations processes to improve overall organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
