Video Sales Specialist, Products, Solutions and Data (English, Spanish)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience identifying and recommending ways to improve product and customer strategy.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with project management, leading and influencing strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Experience with TV or social ads market, planning, and measurement, with knowledge of the branding ecosystem and agency culture.
  • Experience with productivity, sales, and meeting objectives, with excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to adapt solutions to a variety of audiences, with knowledge in TV, Social Ads, and Influencer Marketing, and the competitive landscape (e.g., competing platforms).
  • Excellent communication skills.

As a Video Sales Specialist within the Products, Solutions, and Data team, you will collaborate and get insights for markets and clients. You will drive video growth through strategic deployment, client engagement, and operational support. In this role, you will also provide media knowledge, collaborate with sales teams, leverage data-driven insights, and support the execution of sector-specific video plans, ensure client engagement through best practice guidance, and optimize campaign performance via monitoring and cross-functional communication.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Drive alignment across key stakeholders in leadership, and collaborate with sales teams to execute on annual plans across YouTube.
  • Work together with teams to help them define the best product mix by opportunity.
  • Partner with Account Executives, Sales Managers, and Sector Leads to drive business growth through industry, product, and strategic thinking.
  • Collaborate with measurement and analytical teams to prove the value of video reservation inventory.
